How soon are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped USPS within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are recieved 5 - 10 days from the time you order.

How much does shipping cost?
Shady Tree Records currently charges $2.50 per CD in the US.

I can't seem to add items to my shopping bag

Is the transaction secure?

What if there is a problem with my merchandise?
Please email merch@shadytreerecords.com and explain the issue. Be sure to include your order number, name and contact information. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to keep you happy.

What kind of shirts do you print on?
We print on American Apparel tees. They are locally manufactured (los angeles), super soft, and are made sweatshop free. American Apparel tees are cut for a flattering fit, so if you like baggy shirts, order up a size.

Can't I just download music for free from the internet?
Shady Tree Records is a small, independent record label and our artists are hard-working musicians trying to make a living doing what they love. We feel our prices are fair considering the insane amount of work that goes into creating good music.
